Old kitchen was removed. Wall dividing kitchen and lounge room was removed and replaced with a beam to open the it up. New timber French doors and bifold window were cut in and installed. A new 2pac kitchen with Caesar Stone bench tops was installed with all new appliances and a stone servery through the bifold window. To finish it off it was freshly painted, floor polished and a tiled splashback.
Old deck was completely removed and a new hardwood deck was built with a fly over insulated roof, aluminium balustrade, kwila handrails, kwila decking, aluminium plantation shutters, downlights and ceiling fan. Under the deck was excavated out and a new concrete slab was poured to finish it all off.
