We started by clearing out under the existing house. Then with machines we excavated the ground in preparation for plumbing and new concrete slabs. Once concrete slabs were poured we framed out as per drafted design with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, laundry, server room and garage . We Installed all new aluminium windows and timber doors to match the existing house. Entry to downstairs is through a nice 1200mm wide pivot door with a Bluetooth digital lock. The living room was fit out with a kitchenette and a nice stack stone wall that housed a big flat screen tv, speakers and an electric fire place. A new spotted gum internal stair case with glass balustrade was cut through for access to the top lvl of the house. All new plumbing and electrical was installed as per clients requests with down lights fit throughout. Exterior was cladded with Linea board and fit off to match the existing cladding. Inside and outside was freshly painted to finish everything off.
A new concrete slab was poured to support a new 9m wide steel framed carport.
